These Billing Terms explain how payments work when you buy from Vellbourne, serving customers in Australia. They apply together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Only the methods shown at checkout are available.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged in full when you place your order. In some cases a temporary authorisation may appear on your statement before the final amount is confirmed.
Pricing and currency
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Standard shipping within Australia is free, and the price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. If we find a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Secure payment processing
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout with SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment providers. Vellbourne does not store or see your full card details, and we will never ask for your payment details by email, phone or social media.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are issued in line with our Refund Policy: approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, to the original payment method. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us at support@vellbourne.com first so we can resolve it quickly, before opening a dispute with your bank.
Failed payments and fraud prevention
If a payment fails, please check that your billing details match the details held by your card provider and try again. All orders are subject to verification checks. If irregular activity is detected, we may contact you to confirm the order before processing it.
