Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's facility in China and delivered to your address in Australia. Tracking information is provided by email once the order has been dispatched. REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and proof of purchase. To start a return, contact our support team before sending anything back.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free and you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
